Join us at Carmine’s for an exceptional evening of Italian food and wine featuring Marchesi Antinori, one of Italy’s most celebrated winemaking families.
Experience a specially curated four-course wine dinner in our private events room showcasing Carmine’s cuisine alongside distinguished Antinori wines. The evening begins with an antipasto board and Cuvée Royale, followed by Baby Kale & Goat Cheese Salad paired with Cervaro della Sala 2023, Mama’s Gravy with Badia a Passignano 2022, and Sliced Wagyu Steak alongside the iconic Tignanello 2023. Finish the evening with Ricotta Cheesecake paired with Muffato della Sala 2023.

Happy Hour priced cocktails, martinis, wine, beer and spirits, plus a menu of bites made for sharing—or keeping to yourself. Spicy Calamari, Maryland Crab Cake, Short Rib Sliders, Brisket Tacos, hand-cut chips and more.

We will have our regular menu alongside our chef’s special brunch menu 11am-3pm.
